Workshop

The main value of our workshop is reaction speed combined with required quality. To achieve this we equipped our 3.000m² workshop with heavy machinery and tools to be independent day and night.

Our strategic location with direct water access located in the Port of Antwerp creates the opportunity to offer a wide range of support.

Our welders are skilled in a variety of welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding from carbon steel to stainless steel and aluminium.

A short overview of our in-house capacity:

• Sheet metal shear: Cutting and bending up to 10mm thickness at 3m length.

• Sheet metal bending: Bending up to 10mm thickness at 3m length

• Plate welling: Up to 20mm.

• Bandsaw machines: 4 machines can work simultaneously up to HEB600.

• Gantry cranes: Up to 16T

• Pipefitting: Pipe bending up to 3".

• Material Stock: S355J2 / EH36 certified steel plates up to 60mm thickness in stock for immediate industrial and shipbuilding purposes.
